Who we’re looking for?
As a Store Manager, you will ensure that each of our customers is excited about the wonderful world of tea, and as a host, you will give them the opportunity to experience it with all their senses. We do not just want to sell tea, we want to enrich people’s lives. You are aware of your responsible role, and live it through commitment and solution-oriented coaching, with the goal that everyone in your team can take on all tasks independently at any time. Your store should be a place where your team, your customers, and the entire neighborhood will want to return again and again – a place of enthusiasm – a place of inspiration – a place of communication, and creativity. Creating this environment, where we as a team celebrate our long-term entrepreneurial success, is your daily task.
Your mission
You exceed the goals set for you through positive customer experiences
You inspire and motivate your colleagues as a role model
You understand that store operations must run smoothly, effectively, and efficiently to provide the best possible customer experience.
Your staffing is based on when customers are in your store
You will build a local community and be the face of the Paper & Tea brand locally with your team
Your profile
You have professional experience in a premium, lifestyle industry or in a comparable service-oriented field (e.g. hotel industry)
You have at least 3 years of experience in team leadership
You have excellent customer service and sales experience and the ability to inspire others to do the same
You have the desire and interest to learn more about tea and tea culture and pass this on to others
Organizational skills and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner
Ideally, you already have a “Red Card/Health Certificate” (the instruction according to Infection Protection Act §43 IfSG), but this can also be requested from us in advance if necessary
