Job Description
Responsible for:
- Legal advice on new commercial initiatives
- Investment transactions
- Capital markets (bonds)
- M&A projects
- (international) outsourcing initiatives
Work closely with colleague from:
- Business, strategy & corporate affairs
- Sustainability, investment office, tax & risk management
The Successful Applicant
- Dutch native speaker
- 7+ years of experience, as a lawyer and/or as a corporate lawyer at a financial institution
- Demonstrated experience with large and complex transactions and related negotiation processes
- A professional with broad corporate knowledge and experience
- Knowledge and awareness of the regulatory landscape in the Netherlands and abroad, financial law (including fund structures), contract law
- Completed relevant Grotius specialisation training (such as Securities Law, Real Estate Law, or National and International Contracting) is an advantage
