In the position of Operations Coordinator you will be reporting to the Team leader Customer Operations, you will be responsible for organizing all the point of sale (POS) materials to support sales. Ensuring all our deadlines are met, acting as the point of contact for all departments (wholesale and retail) regarding stock, questions, and any issues.
Manage entire seasonal collection shipments – orders, deadlines, deliveries etc.
Maintain relationships and manage all stakeholders involved – internally, external clients, and suppliers
Set deadlines, finding practical and cost-efficient solutions to ensure they are met
Calculate needed meters for stock and seasonal items based on sales forecasts
Manage stock and costs of all sales materials
Place re-orders with ateliers if stock is low
Collaborate to improve our general processes regarding POS
Initiate costs savings wherever possible
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Minimum Bachelor degree
Experience with Excel
An organized and detail-oriented mind
A hands-on, take-an-ownership approach
The ability to self-manage, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
Fluency in written and spoken English (Dutch is an advantage)
Full time position 38 hours per week
