As aGrowth & Product Success Manager andour third Dutch employee, you will be responsible for representing our product and technical capabilities to one or more large B2B customers or customer segments. The role entails collaborations across the whole organization (local and European). We are transforming the healthcare sector, and this role has the opportunity to make a huge impact by driving the digitization of healthcare in the Netherlands.

Based on your deep understanding of our products and customers’ needs, you will be active in the entire process, from customer acquisition to implementation. You will match customer requirements with the right mix of products, configurations, and consulting services. The delivery and implementation of our solutions will be yours to project manage, e.g., creating implementation plans and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to secure a timely and successful delivery and implementation of the platform with the customer.

You will be part of our Dutch team and our Professional Services team. As part of the Dutch team you will jointly explore the market and, step-by-step, build our business in the Netherlands. In our teams, we work closely across county lines striving to help each other to succeed in our daily tasks and challenges!

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Experience. You have 3+ years of relevant working experience, and at least a couple of them as a project manager or a technical project manager where you’ve been driving and implementing technical solutions, preferably in healthcare/health tech. You are comfortable driving the customer’s agenda both towards product & engineering, involving other competencies as needed.

Academic degree in Engineering, Technology, Healthcare, Information Management, or similar

Drive. We are out to revolutionize the health care system. You like to keep a high pace and get things done, rather than talk about it. You don’t hesitate to take on different types of tasks to get the job done.

Passion for healthcare and for improving its efficiency, quality, and accessibility.

Commercial skills. You are customer-centric and commercially oriented, understand current and anticipated client needs and enjoy identifying and creating value and commercial opportunities.

Tech knowledge. You are used to translating tech to non-tech people and can guide discussions to keep within the scope of technical and product limitations.

Communication skills. You’re in the driver’s seat for your customer segment or customers, and you will need to articulate how we can help them succeed with our products and services. You need to be great at listening, communication, and negotiation to get buy-in for your agenda.

Problem-solving skills. You are analytical and structured and are used to making data-driven decisions.

Language. Fluency in Dutch & English, written and spoken, is a strict requirement. German, Swedish or Danish language skills are a plus.
