We have an excellent position available for a customer service (commercieel assistent) representative at a well-known fashion company in Maastricht. You’ll be responsible for providing fashion advice and handling customer inquiries, including processing returns. As a valued member of our team, you’ll receive a two-week training course before you start, and you’ll work in a beautiful call center with no fixed workstations.
You’ll be working on all aspects of customer service, from answering questions about payments to giving fashion advice on current trends. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience – we’ll provide you with a two-week training course before you start.
In return, we offer a direct contract with our world-famous fashion company, discounts at H&M and many other brands, a nice hourly wage of €12,33,- plus meal allowance and travel expenses, and the opportunity to work in the fashion industry. You’ll also receive enough holiday hours to enjoy and be able to participate in our pension fund when you turn 21.

As a customer service representative, you’ll be working on all aspects of customer service, including answering questions about payments, giving fashion advice on current trends, and handling returned products. You’ll be working with customers via telephone, chat, email, and social media.
You will first be trained to become a fully-fledged customer service employee. You will follow a trainings course that lasts approximately 2 weeks. This is a fulltime (38 hours) paid training, which means you are expected to attend the entire course from Monday to Friday

• You are available from 5 June for a week paid training course.
• You are fluent in German
• You have a professional command of English;
• You can work at least 28 hours a week;
• You live in the area of Maastricht (Eijsden, Margraten, Heerlen, Sittard, Geleen, Beek, Kerkrade, Meerssen)
• Experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
