Your new role
In your new function the main responsibilities are to manage the relationship with one or more Buyer organisations, strengthening the relationship to trusted partnership level and ensuring speedy completion of suppliers through the on boarding process, and remaining within the system during renewal.
Skills, experience & Qualifications
2 years’ experience of customer success and service delivery, preferably in B2B. Proven experience of managing customer relationships, customer success and service delivery, Excellent time management skills, Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch with good use of business language.

What you’ll get in return
