About the role :

Your missions :
Reporting to the VP of Sales, your mission will be to :
- Generate new lead
- Identify, create and qualify opportunities with potential customers on the different business verticals you will be assigned to
- Collect and analyze prospect information (geographic data, cloud and IT consumption, ecosystem…)
- Determine the right contact, their position in the organization, their contact information and the product benefit that could transform the opportunity
- Understand and qualify prospects’ needs and secure qualified appointments
- As an ambassador, you will be the first point of contact with our prospects
- Think and implement prospecting actions in the Benelux markets in particular
- Participate in the outbound and inbound strategy for lead generation in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams
- Carry out regular competitive watch
- Consultative selling, by preference MEDDIC certified
This role is perfect for you if you have/are :
– 10+ years experience as a Business Development Director in a B2B environment, on long sales cycles and complex solutions
– 5+ years’ experience with large international accounts
– New business focus, with the ability to adapt quickly and establish priorities in a highly dynamic environment;
– A strong track record of sales target achievement over the last 3 years;
– Ability to work in a scale-up environment.
– Experience in managing RFPs
– Good knowledge of cloud, security and network business sector
– Proficiency in a CRM such as Salesforce
– Positive, resilient attitude, highly motivated and proactive
– Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
