Tasks & Responsibilities
Manage the Accounts receivable for a portfolio of European countries
Identify/report on overdue accounts and work with customers to settle the overdue accounts
Reconcile open balances with customers and proper follow up to clean up open items
Validate customer claims, and assure accurate and complete recording of the claims. This includes collaborating with the sales and the service department to gain insight in the nature and correctness of the claim
Manage the rebate calculation and related accounting
Settle customer payments with the outstanding AR
Support internal and external tax audits
Provide collection technical support to internal stakeholder
Assist the European credit & collection manager with ad hoc projects
